We're looking for a creative and commercially minded

Content Marketing Manager

to lead our content strategy. You'll be responsible for planning, creating and distributing engaging, insight-driven content that generates leads, builds brand authority, and supports our sales funnel.


This is a hands-on role for someone who can think strategically but deliver day-to-day content across multiple channels.

Own and execute the content strategy to support brand, SEO, lead generation and customer engagement goals Plan and produce a pipeline of high-quality content: blogs, guides, whitepapers, videos, case studies, emails, web copy and social media Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product) and external partners (PR, SEO, video) to maximise reach and impact Manage the content calendar and campaign timelines Optimise content for SEO and conversion, supported by keyword research and analytics Repurpose content into multiple formats and channels Track performance, report on KPIs and continuously improve based on data Champion the tone of voice and brand storytelling across all communications

Qualifications

Proven experience in B2B content marketing, ideally within SaaS or tech A strong portfolio of written and multimedia content that delivers results Excellent writing, editing and storytelling skills Comfortable working with data to inform decisions Familiar with tools like HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, and SEO platforms Highly organised, self-driven and results-focused Passionate about making a difference - ideally with an interest in health, care or social impact sectors
