About The Role

As our Content Marketing Manager, you'll be the go-to expert for all things content. You'll create and lead a strategy that drives brand awareness, supports lead generation, and delivers measurable impact.

Own and execute the content strategy aligned with business goals Create content across formats: case studies, blogs, video, email, web, PR, and award entries Collaborate with product managers to translate strategy into customer-facing content Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery Optimise content for SEO and engagement Contribute to our community platform with leadership content Track and report on content performance using analytics tools Ensure content aligns with the customer journey and campaign objectives

About You

You're a creative and strategic thinker with a passion for content that performs. You're proactive, curious about the industry, and confident taking ownership of your work.

Minimum 3 years' experience in content marketing Exceptional copywriting and storytelling skills Strong SEO and content optimisation knowledge Proficient in tools like Asana, WordPress, Canva, Adobe Suite, and Google Analytics Skilled in video content creation and editing Able to measure content effectiveness and adapt strategy accordingly Comfortable working independently and collaboratively Curious, proactive, and results-driven
