We're hiring a Content Marketing Specialist to drive content and social execution across the RAIN Group and Alchemist brands. From blog posts and email campaigns to LinkedIn and lead gen assets, you'll shape how our brands show up--making sure every piece of content builds visibility and supports growth.

This is an ideal role for someone who brings strong writing and editing chops, knows how to bring content to life visually, and understands the evolving role of AI in content creation and customer experience.

The Role



As the Content Marketing Specialist, you'll help plan, write, execute, and optimise content that supports both strategic campaigns and everyday brand storytelling. You'll collaborate closely with brand managers, thought leaders, and sales teams to turn ideas into content that educates, inspires, and converts.

You will:

Write and edit high-quality blog posts, marketing emails, social posts, and campaign assets that align to brand voice and business goals Own social media scheduling and engagement, with a focus on LinkedIn and Slack, using original graphics and channel-specific messaging Collaborate with thought leaders across the business to bring flagship content to life through supporting assets and derivative content Craft content that stands out through real stories and customer insights, delivering depth and connection that AI alone can't replicate Design eye-catching graphics and visual assets using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for blog and social distribution Be familiar with SEO principles in content and apply provided keyword and SEO guidance to craft content that aligns with best practices Repurpose long-form and thought leadership content for different funnel stages and formats Track and analyse content and social performance, using insights to improve impact and inform future planning Ensure voice, tone, and narrative consistency across all marketing content, while bringing a human element to every prospect and customer interaction

What You Bring



3-5 years of experience in B2B content marketing, copywriting, or editorial roles Proven ability to write and edit clear, compelling content across the funnel from brand building to lead gen to conversion Strong understanding of brand storytelling, voice, and messaging for professional audiences Experience managing and optimizing paid campaigns on LinkedIn, with an understanding of targeting, budgeting, and performance optimisation Proficiency with marketing tools, including HubSpot and social scheduling platforms Ability to repurpose content across formats and channels with creativity and consistency Experience creating social graphics using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Meticulous proofreading, grammar, and editorial quality control skills Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple content projects and deadlines with efficiency and accuracy
