Full-Time Content & Media Assistant (Based at Emperor Home, Greenbank Road)

About the Role

We're looking for someone ambitious and hands-on to join our team full-time at our newly refurbished Emperor Home office on Greenbank Road, Liverpool. This is a varied role that combines content creation, social media management, and day-to-day support in a property sales and lettings office. You'll be working across our group of companies, including property, construction, and bespoke joinery.

This role is ideal for someone creative with a genuine interest in media, property, and marketing - and who's looking to build their experience in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

Capture photos and video of properties coming on the market (sales & lettings) Edit content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn Create short-form video content from existing YouTube videos (clips, reels, shorts) Build and maintain a consistent presence across all platforms for each of our brands Visit other businesses in the group (like our joinery workshop) to capture "in-action" content Post and schedule engaging content regularly across accounts Support in general office duties: answering phones, welcoming visitors, opening/closing Learn and assist with day-to-day property management and sales tasks (full training provided) Help create enough quality footage to produce full YouTube episodes over time Use your initiative to bring new ideas to the table - we value creativity

What We're Looking For

Confident using a phone or camera to take photo and video content Basic editing skills (even phone apps or CapCut/Canva - we don't need a full-on videographer) Comfortable on social media and familiar with how platforms like TikTok and Instagram work Someone reliable, organised, and professional with a great attitude No agencies - we're looking for a full-time, in-house team member who wants to grow with us Ideally someone local to Liverpool who can work from our Greenbank Road office full-time Must be able to drive
