We are seeking a Website Operations Specialist to manage the daily operations and maintenance of our website. Key responsibilities include website content management and optimization, data monitoring, and improvement, as well as coordinating and managing remote teams. Key Responsibilities

Manage the daily operations and maintenance of the website, ensuring content is accurate, timely, and engaging. Handle website content uploads, editing, and optimization (including text, images, videos, and SEO metadata). Monitor website performance, identify and report issues, and collaborate with the technical team to resolve them. Analyze website traffic and user behavior data to propose improvements and enhance traffic and conversion rates. Assist in developing and executing content update plans and promotional activities. Participate in remote team management, including task allocation and progress tracking. Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and technical teams to achieve operational goals.

Job Requirements

1-3 years of experience in website operations or content management. Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing. Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure with excellent communication and coordination skills. Able to work independently, solve problems effectively, and manage remote teams. Hardworking, responsible, and committed to long-term career development in the UK. Language requirement: Fluent in Mandarin.
