The Premier League's digital media channels perform a vital role in helping grow the global reach of our competition, increasing engagement among football fans while supporting our member Clubs, broadcast licensees and commercial partners.
This exciting new role in our Digital Media team will support the ongoing growth and development of digital content offerings on owned and operated channels with a specific focus on the delivery of branded and original content to support the Premier League's partners and stakeholders.
You will be the Premier League's hands-on lead manager for these areas, supporting multiple internal stakeholders including Commercial in the planning, ideation, creation, distribution and tracking of new content initiatives.
This support will necessitate working closely with the wider digital team, including production, fan development, fan growth, strategy and editorial departments.
The right candidate will have a deep understanding of the Premier League's current digital offerings and understand wider trends in the industry, always with a view to giving our fans the best and most impactful, meaningful content and experiences.

The role
This exciting role will become an important addition to the Digital Media team, which oversees all Premier League digital media across owned and operated products.
The ideal candidate will be expected to play a key role supporting the internal Partnerships and Business Development commercial teams in developing meaningful branded content that resonates with fans and brands alike. The candidate will be adept at reporting and tracking, and be able to provide guidance on how value is understood, reported and utilised in order to continually improve output.
This role will involve, but is not limited to, the following duties: Co-lead ideation for original content and production within the Premier League, acting as a central point for the business on ideation and commissioning around myriad Premier League initiatives including branded content, player access and wider campaigns
Oversee a content portfolio and ensure it remains at the forefront of future opportunities of creative and audience developments
Work with our suppliers and partners to develop a robust and exciting ideation and commissioning and process
Co-lead in sustaining a strong and continuously invigorated base of third party creators to bolster and complement the Premier League's owned output
Support the Digital team in the servicing of Partnership agreements
Being the lead point of ideation and documentation for deliverables, and subsequently for their planning, scheduling and delivery
Working with our Fan Growth team to develop robust tracking and valuation services, and iterating output to help drive and deliver upon objectives for partners and licensees
Work with relevant internal departments to communicate and advise on distribution
Work with Fan Development and Strategic Planning teams to develop a clear and concise understanding of channel roles and audience behaviour, to best fit brand needs
+ Liaise with the Business Development team to understand new and potential areas, and work with them to scope future deliverables against a wider content matrix

Requirements for the role
Strong experience in the development and delivery of branded content for leading brands
Experience of delivering a multitude of formats across a multitude of channels, from long-form originals to short-form and vertical content
Experience of third-party vendors in the tracking and reporting of content, including a practical understanding of utilising insight and analysis to alter and deliver outputs
Experience of running small proof of concepts to evaluate new ideas and products
A motivated, proactive and ambitious individual with exceptional communication skills
Collaborative and open-minded team player with the confidence to deal with senior internal and external figures
+ Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external teams, including presenting to technical and non-technical forums
Excellent and adaptable writing ability and presenting skills
