Job Title: Content Planning SpecialistAbout the Role:

Do you enjoy crafting engaging content and understanding what users really want? We're looking for a proactive and analytical

Content Planning Specialist

to help plan, edit, and optimise content across one to two websites. You'll work with a remote content team to develop high-performing articles and ensure everything aligns with SEO standards and user needs. High performers will have the opportunity to grow into Content Operations Specialist or Manager roles.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and propose high-quality content topics based on website positioning and user interests

Edit, polish, and publish articles with clear structure, smooth language, SEO alignment, and brand voice consistency

Monitor performance metrics (views, CTR, conversion, etc.) and optimise content accordingly

Stay up to date with industry trends and hot topics, responding quickly with relevant content

Review and provide constructive feedback on drafts from remote writers to maintain quality

Assist with recruitment and management of the remote content team

Collaborate with product, design, and tech teams to ensure optimal content display

Who You Are:

Strong attention to content quality and user experience; empathetic and user-focused thinking

Highly self-motivated with ability to push projects forward independently

Great at execution and multitasking in a fast-paced environment

Quick learner, able to master new tools and content strategies rapidly

Comfortable with basic data analysis to guide content improvements

Remote collaboration or team management experience is a plus

SEO or new media experience is preferred

Salary & Benefits:

Base salary: 24K-26K. After completing the probation period, you'll be eligible for a

performance-based bonus
