As the Content Producer, Employee Communications & Engagement, you will be the creative engine driving connection between our people worldwide to our brand, one another, our purpose and our customers. With an always-on, AI-savvy and social media driven mindset, you'll own dynamic, compelling and engaging content across formats and channels.
You'll lead on the creation, publication and performance tracking of all things content, with a primary focus on social media-style video and graphic design. Proven skillset in creative visual storytelling (video and graphic design) and a relentless focus on our brand, people and creativity is a must.
Your work will be grounded in our #1 objective to connect and engage 63,000 people worldwide through our digital home. You'll play a key role in shaping the voice of our Virgin adventure across life, work and spirit, ensuring our content remains authentic, relevant and impactful for our global community.
