Content Producer

London, ENG, GB, United Kingdom

Job Description

OCL Vision is redefining private eye surgery in the UK. Our world-class surgeons deliver life-changing results for patients who want clarity, confidence, and care that's genuinely exceptional.

Now we're building a brand to match - premium but modern, trusted but human. We need a storyteller who can capture the emotion and craft behind every transformation.

You'll be our in-house content producer: the person who films real patients, captures authentic moments, and creates the stories that make people stop, trust, and choose OCL.

Working alongside our performance marketing agency, you'll produce the premium source material they'll test and optimise across platforms. You're the craft. They're the scale.

This isn't about managing agencies or sitting in strategy meetings. This is about being on the ground, in the clinics, creating content that feels cinematic, human, and unmistakably OCL.

Key Responsibilities:

Create authentic, premium content

Film and edit patient journeys and surgeon stories that drive trust and conversion Typically 15-25 hero pieces of content per month, shot and edited to a consistently high standard Create 40-60 variations and cutdowns derived from your footage (different hooks, formats, lengths) Work primarily with mobile + accessible editing tools (iPhone, CapCut, Adobe--whatever gets the job done) Capture content that feels natural and premium: real stories, beautifully told

Feed the performance engine

Provide our agency with a steady library of high-quality source material Film with testing in mind: multiple angles, hooks, and storytelling approaches per shoot Collaborate with the agency to understand what's working and adapt your creative approach Turn performance insights into better creative - learn fast, iterate faster

Maintain brand consistency

Ensure everything you create feels distinctively OCL: warm, modern, trustworthy Build repeatable content formats and templates that maintain quality at volume Help establish our visual and tonal identity through your work Work with patients and surgeons with empathy, professionalism, and care

Working Hours:

Monday-Friday, 9am - 5pm 40 hours per week

Compensation and Benefits:

Salary range 55k-65k Bonus Scheme Staff benefits and discounts

Qualifications:

You're a skilled content creator who knows how to make people and stories shine on camera.

You care about craft - framing, sound, light, pacing - but you're practical and productive, not precious. You can move fast without compromising quality.

You'll thrive if you:

Have strong filming and editing skills with modern tools (mobile-first is fine, but you know how to make it look premium) Can tell emotional stories in medical/healthcare settings with sensitivity and authenticity Are comfortable working independently - setting up shots, directing non-actors, problem-solving on location Understand how content drives performance (even if you're not running the tests yourself) Are naturally organised and can manage multiple projects from shoot to final edit Work well with medical professionals, patients, and marketing teams Are curious, energetic, and willing to experiment with new formats and approaches

Equal Opportunities:

As an equal opportunities employer, we welcome applications from all individuals, regardless of age, gender, ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, religion, or background. We are dedicated to providing a fair and unbiased recruitment process, ensuring that all candidates are assessed solely on their skills, experience, and potential.

At OCL Vision, we champion a culture of respect, inclusivity, and collaboration, where everyone has the opportunity to grow and succeed. If you share our passion for excellence and patient care, we encourage you to apply and become part of our diverse and talented team.
