Job Description

Charlie Oscar is a digital growth company built to transform brands and underpinned by marketing science.

We combine data, technology, and creativity to develop and execute digital marketing strategies that break the status quo for some of the world's most ambitious brands. Put simply: we transform growth.

Our growth consultancy gives clients the tools and expertise to unlock incremental revenue - from Paid Social to Influencer Marketing, maximising the potential of every growth lever.

But growth doesn't just come from numbers. At Charlie Oscar, we know creative is a critical driver of success, accounting for 80% of social algorithm performance. That's why we're scaling our creative offering and team to deliver world-class content and bold ideas that cut through the noise.

This is where you come in.

You'll join at an exciting stage of our journey, helping shape the future of Charlie Oscar's creative capabilities while collaborating closely with creative strategists, paid social specialists and data scientists, who all share a deep appreciation for the role of creativity in growth marketing.

At Charlie Oscar, we hire based on attitude and culture-add. While experience and expertise are important, we want people who are excited to challenge conventions, bring fresh perspectives, and deliver best-in-class work for our clients.

We also believe growth should feel good. Work-life balance and team well-being are core to how we operate. Alongside working hard and delivering impact, we make time to bond as a team--with quarterly socials and an annual company retreat to recharge and connect. You'll find us collaborating in our London Bridge office and working from home as part of a flexible, supportive environment.

Can you spot when a brand's creative is hitting the mark and when it's not? Are you naturally curious, with a passion for storytelling and bringing bold creative visions to life?

If you're nodding along, keep reading.
