Content and Product Marketing Executive



As a Content and Product Marketing Executive at Xibo, you will be at the heart of creating and delivering impactful marketing and product content that drives awareness, engagement, and demand. This role requires a highly skilled and experienced copywriter who can produce clear, compelling, and technically accurate content at speed--without reliance on AI--while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.

You will support the Head of Marketing in executing strategic marketing initiatives, producing multi-channel content, and ensuring our brand voice resonates with diverse audiences. Success in this role requires not only creativity and technical writing expertise but also exceptional attention to detail, process discipline, and the ability to manage multiple fast-moving priorities simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities



Content Marketing & Copywriting



Rapidly produce high-quality technical and marketing content across formats including website copy, blogs, newsletters, webinars, whitepapers, ebooks, video scripts, case studies, and event materials. Adjust tone and messaging seamlessly depending on channel, audience, or campaign type. Maintain exceptional accuracy, brand consistency, and attention to detail across all outputs.

Campaign Execution & Management



Plan, create, and execute content for integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring quick turnaround and alignment with business priorities. Work closely with the Head of Marketing and members of the marketing team to deliver on time and within process frameworks. Adapt swiftly to shifting deadlines and priorities, while balancing multiple projects.

Email Marketing



Write, build, and optimise email campaigns such as Newsletter including automation workflows. Analyse performance and continuously improve copy, content flow, and conversions.

SEO & Website Content



Produce new website content such as landing pages utilising tools such as Hubspot CRM and Figma to build engaging, optimised and industry focused copy for webpages Optimise existing website content for SEO, clarity, and UX flow Utilise tools such as SEMRush to identity areas of content focus and direction from an SEO perspective

Marketing Collateral



Work with the marketing team to drive direction of creative marketing assets such as banners, campaign graphics, video scripts, and event materials but creating engaging, headlines, CTA's and campaign copy

Analytics & Reporting



Track content and website KPIs using Matomo and Hubspot Prepare reports for the Head of Marketing with actionable insights and recommendations.

Product & Industry Knowledge



Develop a deep understanding of Xibo's products, features, and customer use cases. Proactively research competitor landscape and industry trends to inform positioning. Collaborate closely with the Product and Engineering teams to drive strong GTM messaging for product releases and launches

Required Skills & Experience



4+ years of experience in a similar marketing or content-focused role. Proven track record of technical copywriting within B2B SaaS, software, or technology industries. Ability to produce content quickly and independently, with strong editing and quality control skills. Exceptional attention to detail with a process-driven approach to project and content management. Skilled in multi-channel copywriting: website, blogs, long-form content, email, campaigns, webinars, events. Strong understanding of content marketing, SEO, email, and social media best practices. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a team-first mindset. Ability to balance creativity with deadlines, handling multiple projects simultaneously. Strong PC skills; proficiency with content and marketing tools (Google Suite, CMS platforms, email automation).

Preferred Skills



Previous experience in SaaS or technology marketing. Knowledge of digital signage software (advantageous but not essential). Experience with Canva, Matomo (or similar analytics tools). Experience with CRM tools such as Hubspot

Role details:



This is a "work from home" position and candidates are expected to have a reasonable provision for working at home. This means you should have a quiet room where you can set up the equipment we give you and work comfortably. Candidates based in Berkshire or Brighton & Hove are preferred, but we will consider candidates nationally. While the role is remote, you will be expected to travel as the business reasonably requires, including bi-yearly in-person company meetings and international events where necessary.
