As a Content and Product Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, product adoption, lead generation, and sales enablement. This is a new role within our organisation, and you will be instrumental in driving forward successful marketing campaigns focused on providing targeted and relevant content and product marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities





Content Creation:

Create, curate, and manage high-quality content across various platforms, including blog posts, video, social media, newsletters, whitepapers, and case studies. Create content that showcases our market-leading research and data, developing insightful and authoritative content that positions us as thought leaders in the industry. Devise content strategy and plan and ensure timely delivery of content to support marketing campaigns and product launches. Collaborate with subject matter experts to extract valuable insights and translate them into engaging content. Optimise content for SEO and AIEO to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic. Ensure all content is aligned with brand messaging and supports overall marketing objectives. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content marketing, and continuously seek opportunities to innovate and improve content strategies.

Lead Generation:

Collaborate with the demand generation team to develop content that aligns with lead acquisition, lead nurturing and conversion goals. Develop and implement content marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. Analyse and report on the performance of content generated, using data to inform future strategies.
Product Marketing:

Work closely with product teams to understand product features and benefits and translate them into compelling marketing messages. Develop go-to-market strategies for new product launches, including targeting, positioning, messaging, and promotional activities. Create sales enablement materials, such as product brochures, presentations, and case studies, to support the sales team in effectively communicating product value to prospects.


Internal Education and Collaboration:

Educate internal stakeholders on the value and impact of content and product marketing, fostering a culture of collaboration and understanding. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, research, product, design, and customer success, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging.
Please note, this role offers flexible working with 4 days in the office and one day working from home.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise





3-5 years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, or a related role. Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content. Proven experience in product marketing, including developing go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and messaging. Experience in developing content to support the lead generation process and how this is used in the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms, such as content management systems, social media management tools, and analytics software. Ability to demonstrate and utilise AI to create detailed and useful content would be a significant benefit. Willingness to learn these new tools is required. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience in creating sales enablement materials and supporting sales teams. Ability to educate and influence internal stakeholders on the importance of content and product marketing. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and a keen eye for detail.
