CFA Institute is hiring a Content Production Technologist to help us deliver high-quality, engaging, and accessible learning experiences for candidates and members worldwide. What You'll DoSupport the production and delivery of digital and print learning content using structured XML workflows. Develop and maintain XSLT scripts, transformation pipelines, and stylesheets to support multi-channel publishing. Work closely with learning designers, editors, and product teams to ensure high-quality, accessible educational materials. Help test and troubleshoot digital content across platforms and devices to ensure a smooth learner experience. Contribute to process improvements and the exploration of new tools, technologies, and standards. Maintain content systems (e.g. RSuite CCMS) and provide technical support during content updates and releases.

What We're Looking ForProven experience working with structured digital content and publishing workflows. Advanced knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPath, Schematron, and related tools (e.g. oXygen XML Editor). Familiarity with CCMS platforms--ideally RSuite--and equation tools like MathType/MathML. Basic front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). A collaborative mindset and the ability to communicate clearly across technical and non-technical teams. Curious, proactive, and open to learning new tools and methods. Experience in educational publishing or learning technologies is a strong plus.

At CFA Institute, we are committed to transparency and equity in our hiring process. In compliance with wage transparency laws in many of the jurisdictions in which we recruit, we provide the following information regarding compensation for this position: Expected salary range: 45,000-55,000 per year.
All salary ranges are subject to adjustment based on experience, education, and other factors relevant to the position. Additional benefits include eligibility for an annual incentive bonus, a 12% employer contribution to a 401(k) or pension plan, and a comprehensive medical benefits package.
