About the Role





As a Graphic Designer at Learning Pool, you will collaborate across cross-functional teams to craft creative, on-brand visual solutions that support diverse digital platforms. Your work will focus on our Library content with the opportunity to explore new methods of graphics and other digital media production directly contributing to client and company success. This role demands a strong eye for detail, technical proficiency, and the ability to balance multiple projects effectively while meeting deadlines.

What You Will Be Doing




Roadmap & Delivery Support




Design and deliver high-quality graphics and visual assets for online learning products, and occasional marketing materials. Optimize graphics for digital platforms, ensuring appropriate file size, resolution, and format. Maintain version control and organize design assets for efficient team workflows. Manage multiple design tasks concurrently, supporting project timelines and quality standards.

Discovery & Insight




Collaborate closely with Learning Designers and Subject Matter Experts to interpret content needs and translate them visually. Apply user experience principles to improve learner engagement and platform usability. Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards, including color contrast and readability, supporting inclusive learning experiences.

Cross-Functional Collaboration




Partner with Project Managers, Learning Designers, QA, and Marketing to align designs with project objectives and brand guidelines. Present design concepts in stakeholder meetings and internal reviews, gathering and integrating feedback. Brief and support other team members, such as copy editors and developers, to maintain design consistency and quality.

Product Communications




Communicate design progress, challenges, and updates clearly to internal teams and stakeholders. Ensure all visual content reflects Learning Pool's brand voice, tone, and accessibility requirements.

Innovation & Growth




Explore and adopt new design tools, trends, and media to enhance learning experiences. Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement within the Learning Experience team. Participate in quality assurance through design reviews and multi-platform testing.

Who We Are Looking For




The Successful Candidate Will Demonstrate:




Qualification: You will hold a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field Professional experience: You will have a minimum of 3 years' professional experience in graphic or web design. Design expertise: You will have a strong grasp of typography, layout, branding, and digital design best practices. Technical proficiency: You will be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Web design knowledge: You will have knowledge of CSS, HTML, and experience with Moodle theme templates or comparable CMS platforms. Project management: You will have the proven ability to manage multiple projects and consistently deliver high-quality work to schedule. Communication skills: You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach.
