We are looking for a
creative and commercially minded Content & Community Manager
to work directly with our founder to grow his personal brand and expand revenue streams. This is a flexible, predominantly work-from-home role, best suited to someone based in or around Harrogate, Leeds, or neighbouring towns. You'll play a central role in shaping the founder's visibility and voice in the market, while driving growth through our training products and commercial partnerships.

Essential Skills
Previous experience in social media marketing and content creation (minimum 2 years), either for a company or your own brand
Strong video creation skills, including recording, editing, and publishing content for social platforms (short-form, reels, TikTok)
Ability to write highly effective scripts, hooks, captions, and copy
Deep knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Experience with design tools such as Canva and CapCut (Adobe Creative Suite or similar apps a plus)
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Flexible and adaptable, with strong problem-solving skills
Data-focused, confident using metrics and insights to shape decisions and demonstrate impact
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Full UK driving licence and vehicle (some travel required)
Desirable Skills & Experience
Knowledge and experience of LinkedIn and YouTube
Confidence in front of the camera and willing to record content for social channels
Knowledge, interest and experience of the property investment and development industry, especially HMOs.
Knowledge of email marketing platforms such as Keap, Mailchimp or Hubspot etc
Excellent photography and videography skills and already has the appropriate equipment
Key Responsibilities
Work directly with the founder to grow his personal brand and online presence
Plan, script, record, edit, schedule, and publish content across multiple platforms, prioritising video
Create and repurpose content for Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, podcast, blog, and email channels
Write compelling copy for posts, newsletters, email campaigns, and membership communications
Manage outsourced support such as videographers or ad managers when required, ensuring content and results meet objectives
Build and execute the content strategy to support personal brand growth and drive revenue from training products and partnerships
Maintain accurate content calendars, campaign schedules, and reporting processes
Report on performance of content and campaigns, using data to refine and improve results
Support community engagement across Facebook and other platforms as a backdrop to brand and business growth
Undertake some travel to film content and work with partners and collaborator
