Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute content strategies for YouTube, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
Plan and manage content calendars, ensuring consistency and alignment with marketing objectives.
Collaborate with content creators, social media managers, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content.
Analyse content performance metrics and refine strategies to maximise engagement and ROI.
Identify trends, audience insights, and competitor activities to inform content planning.
Ensure all content reflects brand tone, messaging, and quality standards.
Mentor and guide content creators on storytelling, engagement, and platform-specific best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Content Strategist, Digital Content Manager, or similar role.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, digital content trends, and audience engagement strategies.
Excellent communication, project management, and analytical skills.
Experience in fintech, SaaS, or educational content is a plus.
Ability to translate insights into actionable strategies and measurable outcomes.
