We are a fast growing B2B lead generation company helping small UK businesses connect with the right customers. As we expand our own lead generation brands and products, we're also preparing to offer marketing services to local businesses, helping them improve their websites, content, and digital presence. We're looking for a creative Content Writer to support our growth across a range of departments.
About the Role
You'll be at the heart of our content. From SEO efforts with creating material that helps our brands rank, convert, and grow to digital brochures and adverts. Initially, you'll focus on producing high quality content for our own brands, including SEO pillar pages, blogs, case studies, PPC ad copy, and social media posts. Once our brands are optimised, you'll also support clients with website content and campaign messaging. This role suits someone who loves writing but also understands how content fits into the bigger digital marketing picture and can confidently switch between landing pages, blogs, social media and ad copy across different sectors for a wide range of products and brands.
What You'll Be Doing
Writing SEO optimised copy across a range of products and services.
Creating pillar pages, blogs, landing pages, case studies, and website copy to drive organic traffic and conversions from CRM campaigns.
Crafting engaging PPC ad copy and content for paid and organic social campaigns.
Supporting SEO strategy by aligning content with keyword targets, search intent, and campaign goals.
Supporting CRM campaigns with email content and messaging with supporting blogs to improve click-through and conversions.
Supporting our video strategy with some script writing and editing.
Helping with content planning, keyword research, and topic ideation alongside SEO and marketing teams.
Researching into current industry news and events and creating content for both B2B and B2C to express our expertise in our industry.
Maintaining a consistent brand voice across platforms and formats while working of numerous brands and clients.
You'll be our content king/queen working alongside numerous departments to support. Wherever there is a written word, you will be in charge. Be that online or offline, be it an SEO blog to support our SEO or some snazzy social media posts to promote what we've been doing in the office.

What We're Looking For
3+ years' experience writing for digital platforms, ideally in SEO or content marketing.
Strong grasp of on-page SEO, keyword targeting, and writing with clear intent.
Comfortable researching and writing across different tones, industries, and formats.
Familiarity with SEO tools or eagerness to learn quickly.
A good attention to detail, excellent grammar, and ability to simplify technical topics for both B2B and B2C audiences.
Ability to work independently.
Experience writing PPC ad copy, social content, or for small business clients.
We want someone who knows what they are doing. Someone who we don't have to check in on but is happy to elaborate on what they are doing at weekly meetings. The ideal person isn't shy to ask questions if they need help and is passionate about writing great content.

If you're a content writer who understands how great writing drives business results and you're ready to grow with a company on the rise, we'd love to hear from you.
Your base pay will depend on your level of experience, knowledge and skills and is up for negotiation but for this role, we're looking around the 26k-30k annum mark but negotiable for the right person.
