Role Overview

We're looking for an exceptional Content Writer who thrives on turning complex ideas into clear, persuasive, and engaging copy. This is not just a writing role - it's about storytelling, messaging, and driving results. Working across multiple teams, you'll be responsible for crafting content that supports every stage of the customer journey, from awareness and consideration to onboarding and retention.

Key Responsibilities

Create compelling content for multiple formats including blog articles, product pages, campaign landing pages, case studies, brochures, email sequences, video scripts, and sales enablement material. Write with purpose - ensuring every piece of content serves a clear objective: drive traffic, generate leads, educate users, or support conversion. Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to align messaging and reflect market insight. Develop strong narratives that reflect our brand personality, positioning PageTiger as a leader in digital communication and employee engagement. Optimise for search - using SEO best practices to ensure our content is discoverable and performs well. Support campaigns with content that speaks directly to sector-specific challenges (HR, L&D, Healthcare, etc.) Own the editorial calendar, helping to plan content themes and ensure a consistent publishing cadence.

Skills and Requirements

A natural storyteller with a flair for writing engaging, professional B2B content. Minimum 3 years' experience in a writing or copywriting role, ideally within SaaS, HR tech, or learning platforms. Excellent grammar, attention to detail, and the ability to self-edit effectively. Familiarity with SEO and writing for web audiences. Able to take ownership, work autonomously, and meet deadlines. Highly collaborative and confident working with stakeholders across departments. Understanding of customer journeys and marketing funnels. Previous use of tools like HubSpot

Remuneration

Up to 35,000 per year.
