Working at one of the fastest growing tech businesses in the UK, the Content Marketing Writer will create content that creates impact, drives consideration and generates conversions. Working closely with sales, marketing, and product teams, you will be responsible for creating inspiring and engaging content to help increase our sales pipeline, drive brand value and create advocacy among current customers. The content you will be responsible for will vary from blogs, video scripts, email campaigns, customer case studies, web content.

What will you be doing?



Create the content needed for the content marketing campaign, as per the direction of the Head of Content. Writing multiple format content assets e.g. social posts, blogs, case studies, white papers and campaign emails Interviewing customers and subject matter experts and drafting customer stories and thought leadership opinion pieces Be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of the content required by the content marketing plan Maintain and update content on the website in an accurate and timely manner, with direction from the Head of Content. Come up with new ideas for content assets such as video, animations, social executions. Working with video creative, storyboard and script videos to support campaigns, and wider content marketing plan. Work closely with our sales and product teams to create relevant, topical, and interesting thought leadership content. Research and keep up to date with topics and areas of interest for our audience to inform the content strategy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills A creative mind that can tell compelling stories via copy, Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Strong personality with good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to thrive and enjoy a dynamic, fast-paced environment Willingness to learn and collaborate with other teams across the business

What will you bring to the role?



Excellent writing skills for all forms of content: long and short form, social, ads. Experience in content writing, B2B is preferable and technical background is advantageous Flair for digital content creation Working knowledge of wordpress Ideal but not essential, Bachelor's degree in literature, journalism, creative writing, marketing, communications, or similar
