We're seeking a skilled Content Writer fluent in English with a minimum of 4 years of experience in content creation. The ideal candidate will not only excel at creating high-quality content but will also have hands-on experience with

WordPress content management

on-page SEO optimisation

, and

WooCommerce

. Familiarity with AI tools for content generation and the ability to refine and enhance that content manually is a must. Experience in the medical field is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Create high-quality, engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and other digital platforms. Write, edit, and manage content directly within

WordPress

, including blog uploads and page updates. Conduct

on-page SEO optimisation

, including meta tags, headers, internal linking, and keyword integration. Utilise AI tools to draft content, refining it for tone, quality, and relevance. Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy, especially for medical and healthcare-related topics. Perform keyword research using tools like

SEMRush

, incorporating primary and secondary keywords effectively. Craft engaging and SEO-friendly product descriptions and category pages for

WooCommerce

stores. Develop and schedule compelling social media content to drive engagement and traffic. Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with company goals and strategies. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content writing, SEO, and e-commerce.

Qualifications

Fluent in English with exceptional writing and editing skills. Minimum of 4 years of professional content writing experience. Proficiency in

WordPress

, including uploading, formatting, and editing content. Demonstrable experience in

on-page SEO

and content optimisation. Familiarity with

WooCommerce

and experience writing product or category descriptions. Proficiency with AI tools for content generation and the ability to refine content manually. Experience conducting keyword research using tools like SEMRush or similar. Understanding of social media platforms and content strategies for engagement. Knowledge or experience in the medical field is highly desirable. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent research, organisational, and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
