A leading national law firm is seeking a talented and driven Contentious Construction Solicitor to join its London office. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a highly regarded team, advising on complex and high-value disputes across the construction and engineering sectors.

  • Handling a broad range of contentious construction matters including adjudications, arbitrations, and litigation in the Technology and Construction Court.
  • Advising clients on contract disputes, professional negligence claims, and issues arising under standard form contracts (e.g., JCT, NEC).
  • Working closely with clients including developers, contractors, consultants, and insurers.
  • Supporting senior lawyers on major disputes and independently managing smaller matters.

  • Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 2-5 years PQE (guideline only).
  • Strong experience in contentious construction law, ideally gained at a recognised firm.
  • Excellent technical knowledge and commercial awareness.
