Job title: Contentious Probate Legal Director
Location: Reading
Salary: 75,000-90,000+ DOE
PQE Level: 8+ PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time
My client is a dynamic leading Legal 500 firm seeking a talented and experienced Contentious Probate Solicitor at the Legal Director level. The firm handles a wide range of wealth work on behalf of their loyal client base of predominantly high-net-worth to ultra-HNW clients, this is a rare opportunity to be a lead within an outstanding team with full backing to develop into a Partnership role in good time.
In this role you will:

Manage and oversee contentious probate matters, providing high-level expertise and strategic guidance to clients.
Handle a diverse caseload, including will disputes, inheritance act claims, and contested estate administration.
Lead and mentor junior team members, providing support and guidance to ensure the successful delivery of client service.

This is an excellent position for an experienced contentious probate solicitor with 8+ years experience in this area of law, who are seeking something different, with a team that offers a healthy split between inheriting excellent caseloads and clients and the autonomy and support to develop further.
