AS Aerospace Limited is an established helicopter maintenance and management company. With its sister company, Aerospace Design Facilities Ltd, AS Aerospace Limited also conduct modification programmes and manufacturing of parts for a variety of rotorcraft products.

We are currently seeking Continuing Airworthiness Engineer Technical Administrator to support the airworthiness management for our Owner/Operators.

Purpose of Role:



The CAE Technical Administrator will be an essential link between the Owner/Operators and our Maintenance Organisation. You will be responsible for the airworthiness management of the helicopters contracted to AS Aerospace Ltd and ensure their airworthy state at all times. This role requires strong administrative rigor, technical/legal interpretation and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-stakes aviation environment.

Key Responsibilities:



Monitor aircraft movements and flight data, ensuring tracking system is updated for each aircraft. Manage and plan scheduled maintenance with Owner/Operator and coordinatate with Maintenance Organisation for inputs. Review complete maintenance projects for satisfactory regulatory and technical compliance. Update and manage the aircraft record system. Monitor and review technical publication releases from aircraft, engine and equipment manufacturers for impact and implementation on the fleet. Monitor and review regulatory publications from the National Authorities for impact and implementation for impact and implementation on the fleet. Support the development and amendment of aircraft maintenance programmes Ensure the tracking system for each aircraft is robustly monitored, managed and updated on a day-to-day basis. Monitor and submit Engine Trend Monitoring data. Assist CAMO department with internal and external audits by external parties and the Civil Aviation Authority

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:



Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage confidently with our clients and partners. Good interpersonal and organisational skills, with a proven ability to manage complex schedules and documentation. IT/IS Computer Literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to quickly adapt to inhouse maintenance tracking software. Ability to multitask effectively, managing multiple competing priorities simultaneously in a dynamic environment. Demonstrated ability to manage and follow up customer requirements and short-term actions under pressure. Previous experience working within the Aviation industry and in particular, continuous airworthiness management, would be advantageous. A relevant engineering degree or an aircraft maintenance technician qualification with additional education that is acceptable to the CAA.

Essential Requirements:



Must have the legal right to work in the UK. Proficiency in English is required. Must have a UK driving licence and own means of transport.

Pay: 25,000.00-28,000.00 per year
