We are pleased to share an exciting opportunity for a Continuous Improvement Analyst, supporting strategic initiatives and delivering measurable improvements across the operation. This role offers a fantastic platform to develop your analytical, project, and stakeholder management skills while contributing to meaningful business change.


This opportunity is about more than analysing data it's about playing a key role in shaping how we work. You will support and lead senior-level projects, collaborate with stakeholders across the business, and help embed a strong continuous improvement culture within SGIS contract.

The salary on offer for this role is 35,000. We also offer 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays, with the option to buy additional days. You'll have access to a range of high street discounts, a cycle to work scheme, a workplace pension, and many other benefits.

What you'll be responsible for:



Leading and supporting strategic projects within SGIS to deliver measurable improvements. Analysing operational and financial data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities. Developing and presenting clear, actionable insights to senior stakeholders. Applying continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. Supporting project planning, timelines, resources, and delivery to ensure successful outcomes. Preparing detailed reports and dashboards using Power BI and other analytical tools. Supporting change management activities and ensuring adoption of new processes. Tracking and monitoring actual costs versus budget, providing clear reporting and analysis to support cost control and decision-making.

What you'll need to succeed:



Proven experience managing or supporting projects within a business environment. Strong analytical skills with experience using Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools. Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or equivalent methodologies. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. Flexibility to work from various locations based on project requirements, with occasional overnight stays to support business activities.
