We are seeking a highly motivated Continuous Improvement Engineer to drive process optimisation, efficiency improvements, and cost reduction initiatives across our operations. This role will lead cross-functional efforts to identify opportunities, implement lean methodologies, and support a culture of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, develop, and lead continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency, quality, and safety.
Develop and implement smart manufacturing strategies to enhance production capabilities and efficiency.
Develop and implement new manufacturing processes
Use Lean principles to eliminate waste and standardise processes.
Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and other senior teams to implement best practices.
Spot and reduce workplace risks, supporting a culture of H&S
Track and report on KPIs to monitor the impact of improvement initiatives.
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or process improvement role.
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement tools.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
IT proficiency
Strong planning, problem solving and communication skills
Self-motivated, organised, driven and capable of managing multiple projects
