Job Advert Description
Are you ready to lead the charge in driving business transformation? Our Business Transformation team are seeking a Continuous Improvement Lead for a 12-month fixed-term contract in Birmingham or Manchester. Join a forward-thinking team committed to fostering a culture of practice excellence and continuous improvement.


The Role




The Continuous Improvement Lead will:


Uphold practice excellence by ensuring all projects align with the agreed framework. Drive growth and profitability through process improvements, cost reduction, and enhanced client value. Act as the initial point of contact for practice excellence projects, managing expectations and identifying key requirements. Lead scoping and diagnostic activities using continuous improvement tools and techniques. Engage with Legal and Central Function teams to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions. Provide updates on progress and proposed changes to stakeholders. Plan and deliver practice excellence activities, reporting progress to the Head of Business Transformation.

The Candidate




The ideal Continuous Improvement Lead will have:


At least two years of experience in a similar role within the legal sector. Lean Six Sigma experience is advantageous. Demonstrable consulting and solution-focused approach. Business analysis experience, including requirements elicitation and process modelling. Excellent data modelling skills and proficiency in Microsoft O365. Excellent communication skills and exceptional customer service orientation. A proactive and self-taught mentality with the ability to influence and drive change.
