We're seeking a proactive Continuous Improvement Lead to drive performance and operational excellence at our dynamic chemical manufacturing site in Bradford.
In this pivotal role, you'll lead high-impact projects, working cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and HSE to deliver measurable improvements in efficiency, reliability, and capacity. You'll design and deploy continuous improvement methodologies aligned with our site strategy, fostering collaboration and ownership at all levels.
What You'll DoIdentify and prioritize improvement opportunities, developing actionable project plans to elevate site performance. Analyze operational data to pinpoint bottlenecks and drive sustainable solutions. Lead cross-functional teams, engaging stakeholders to ensure full buy-in and successful change delivery. Serve as the site's Continuous Improvement expert, championing Lean, Six Sigma, and other best practices. Drive goal deployment and foster a culture of continuous enhancement across all departments.

What You'll BringProven experience in Continuous Improvement or Manufacturing, ideally in chemical or FMCG industries. Strong Lean manufacturing background and familiarity with CI/OPEX/Six Sigma methodologies. Skilled in project management, financial analysis, and budget oversight. Exceptional communication, influencing, and facilitation skills. A results-driven, self-motivated leader who thrives on collaboration and delivering change. Ability to inspire, coach, and motivate teams toward operational excellence.
