We are looking for a curious, results-driven, and proactive individual to join our Operations team. You'll be the catalyst for change, tasked with proactively hunting for, analyzing, and solving complex systemic problems to optimize processes across our rapidly growing delivery service.

This role requires someone who will partner with teams across the organization, with exposure to UK senior leadership. This is a hands-on role that directly impacts the continued rapid growth of the company by delivering measurable efficiency and quality gains.



What will you bring to the team?



Problem Identification & Quantification:

Proactively identify, scope, and quantify opportunities for operational improvement using rigorous business and data analysis.

Root Cause Analysis:

Deep dive into complex operational issues, using structured root cause analysis to design and implement sustainable, long-term solutions.

Cross-Functional Implementation:

Proactively champion continuous improvement initiatives, working cross-functionally with to manage their successful implementation.

Stakeholder Alignment & Influence:

Engage and influence stakeholders across all levels, from front-line teams to senior leadership, to gain buy-in for change and ensure strong alignment on improvement metrics.

Process Excellence:

Define, map, and redesign core operational processes to eliminate waste and non-value-add activity.
