GXO are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Continuous Improvement Manager to lead and embed a culture of operational excellence across our M&S site in Stoke. This role is pivotal in identifying opportunities for process optimisation, driving strategic initiatives, and fostering a mindset of continuous improvement at all levels.
The role is being offered on a full-time, permanent basis. You will work Monday to Friday, office hours, although some flexibility is required to work with all shifts across the operation - this is logistics after all!
