as a Continuous Improvement Specialist.

We are seeking a proactive and driven Continuous Improvement Lead to join our Fleet Production team. This role is key to embedding a culture of excellence and continuous improvement across Fleet, ensuring our operations run efficiently and deliver exceptional service to our customers.
You will lead the development and implementation of Continuous Improvement and LEAN tools, design and deliver engaging training, and act as an expert and facilitator to empower teams across Production, Materials, and Operations. You will also map and simplify key business processes to support our transformation strategy and drive ongoing improvement.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead the development and implementation of Continuous Improvement (CI) and LEAN tools and techniques across Fleet Production.
Embed a culture of excellence and continuous improvement to enhance operational efficiency and performance.
Design, deliver and maintain engaging CI and LEAN training programmes to build capability across Production, Materials, and Operations teams.
Act as an expert, enabler, and facilitator, supporting teams to achieve Operational Excellence and deliver outstanding customer service.
Capture, map, and simplify key business processes to support the wider transformation strategy and deliver measurable improvement.
Prioritise and manage improvement activities to ensure alignment with strategic objectives and business needs.
About you
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
Strong Continuous Improvement mindset with the ability to drive positive change.
Confident, adaptable, and motivated with a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experienced in implementing CI and LEAN tools and methodologies.
Skilled in delivering Lean Six Sigma (or similar) projects, training, and coaching.
Able to prioritise effectively and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or equivalent qualification desirable.
