two

Contract Administrator/Inside Sales

- one full-time permanent and one full-time fixed term maternity cover, to assist our growing team in Newtownards.

JOB DESCRIPTION



We are seeking a dynamic individual who will manage a portfolio of existing accounts and build relationships with long-term customers both old & new. You will achieve this through regular customer interaction, planning & execution according to customer's forecasted needs and account analysis. This role can involve limited travel to customer facilities, company locations and industry trade shows.

Main Responsibilities



Foster positive working relationships with long-term customers Follow customer purchase orders from order entry through to delivery Ensure availability of stock through purchases based on forecast needs Submit quotations for new business opportunities - short & long-term Prepare reports and correspondence as required Present reports & relevant data to management as required Manage and meet customer KPIs Maintain regular communication with customers - email & phone Communicate across departments internally i.e. shipping, operations, sales Go-to source of product knowledge for your long-term customers

General

Other reasonable duties as may be assigned from time to time

PERSON SPECIFICATION



EDUCATION/ QUALIFICATIONS



Essential Criteria



5 GCSEs - C or above, including Maths & English Proficient use of MS Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word & Outlook Excellent written and verbal communication Strong customer service skills Strong organisation of files & correspondence - hard copies & electronic Ability to work proactively Ability to work independently and on initiative

Desirable Criteria



Experience in the metals industry, especially in a distribution setting 2+ years of B2B Customer Service experience Experience in the aerospace industry Experience in the use of ERP systems Previous experience in dealing with OEMs

SPECIAL CONDITIONS



Essential Criteria



Willingness to travel eg trade fairs, customer visits (occasional/infrequent)

Full Driving Licence

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 31,780.00-34,163.00 per year
