The Role

Based in our London office, the Contracts & Claims Manager will oversee all aspects of contracts and claims management across a portfolio of EPC, O&M, and supply contracts. The role involves managing the full contract lifecycle, from drafting and reviewing commercial provisions to ensuring contractual obligations are met, supporting negotiations of settlements and claims, and monitoring supplier performance. Working closely with Project Management, Global Engineering and Technical Support (GETS), Supply Chain, Legal, Asset Management, and O&M, the Contracts & Claims Manager will ensure contracts are aligned with organisational objectives, support smooth project delivery, and drive optimal commercial outcomes while staying informed of market trends and sector developments.



The role will leverage digital and technical tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making. This will include managing digital contract management platforms to automate workflows, approvals, and compliance tracking, integrating procurement and claims processes with ERP and project management systems, and using analytics and dashboards to monitor performance and forecast risks. By combining commercial expertise with technology, the Contracts & Claims Manager will drive continuous improvement, streamline processes, and ensure effective contract and claims management across the portfolio.

Desirable skills:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Law or similar discipline. Proven track record in EPC and O&M Contracts Management, within Solar PV and O&M contracts and BESS experience is an advantage. Strong organizational, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent team working skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and spoken English; additional language relevant to operations preferred. Demonstrated ability to leverage contract management systems and analytics tools for operational improvements.
