At Honda we embrace inclusion in our various policies, so whilst our contracts state that the hours are as required to fulfil the role with a minimum of 35 hours per week, we offer flexibility for when you work. The regular office hours are 08:00 - 16:00 Monday to Thursday with a half hour lunch break & 08:00 - 13:00 on a Friday. However, we offer flexibility of when you work with our daily flex-time start of between 07:00 and 11:00 providing that there is no business requirement.
Whilst there is no contractual right to work from home, the flexibility we offer is that you can request to work from home 2 days per week, again providing there is no business requirement to attend the office.
Role:
This role is responsible for coordinating the delivery of content once created, ensuring timely and accurate deployment across all relevant channels. The ideal candidate will work closely with internal teams, external agencies, and European colleagues to ensure that marketing assets are delivered on time and in line with campaign requirements and brand standards.
You will be part of the team accountable for growing the Honda brand in the UK and driving Automobile sales.
The role also supports the budget management and Purchase Order management for the Paid Media channel.
Main Responsibilities:
Coordinate with internal channel owners to ensure timely delivery of all approved marketing assets.
Work alongside the Content Section Manager to support and maintain content delivery schedules and plans.
Collaborate with the Content Specialist to track and manage the distribution of created content to appropriate channels - jointly own and manage a cross-channel content calendar and ensure visibility across teams.
Liaise with media agencies to supply all final content assets for paid media campaigns in a timely and accurate manner.
Work very closely with the Media Section Manager to ensure a good understanding of the media plan and expectations of what needs to be delivered and when.
Support paid media cost centre management, including raising and monitoring purchase orders and budgets.
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of tactical campaigns across channels such as CRM, website, paid media and retailer marketing.
Own governance processes for content delivery, tracking status updates across internal teams and external agencies.
Provide regular reporting on content delivery progress, highlighting any risks and coordinating countermeasures to resolve potential delays.
Maintain detailed records and timelines to ensure visibility and accountability.
Liaise with European colleagues to ensure timely delivery of centrally created assets for UK use.
Manage and maintain the UK Brand Portal, ensuring up-to-date content is accessible for the retailer network and providing support for related queries.
Support the delivery of content into all required channels in line with campaign rollout timelines and brand standards.
Ensure that all delivery of assets do not compromise any regulatory timelines for changes to mitigate any compliance risks.
Work collaboratively and onsite frequently with our agency partners to ensure great communication and teamwork.
Qualifications, skills and experience:
Required
Proven experience in a content coordination, project support, or campaign delivery role, ideally within automotive or consumer marketing.
Experience of delivering high-performing content for a diverse range of media channels.Experience of conducting content performance analysis and use of analytical tools to generate accurate reporting.
Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage complex timelines and multiple stakeholders.
Familiarity with content management systems, paid media processes, and marketing operations.
Experience working with external agencies.
A proactive and collaborative approach, with strong attention to detail and deadline management.
Desirable
Experience in the automotive sector or a similar fast-paced, multi-channel consumer industry.
Knowledge of UK FCA regulatory rules for Marketing of products, services and financial promotions.
