Salary: London 32,881 - 35,000 or National 28,900 - 31,019 depending on experience

L&Q is seeking an Active Fire Contract Coordinator to join our Fire Safety team within Property Services. You will support the management and maintenance of fire safety systems, including alarms, sprinklers, and suppression systems, across a large property portfolio. Working closely with the Contract Manager, Building Surveyors, and Technical Engineers.



You'll coordinate reactive maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure equipment compliance with current regulations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with fire protection systems in a reactive environment, strong problem-solving skills, and some knowledge of fire safety regulations.



You must possess excellent administration skills and the ability to organise, plan and prioritise effectively. You will be able to effectively communicate with a range of internal and external stakeholders. Your understanding of databases and systems will be coupled with the ability to analyse, interpret and deliver detailed information with clarity.



Ideally you will have experience of systems such as Arena and you will need to be able to confidently use the full range of Microsoft Office software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.



To be considered for this role candidates will be able to demonstrate/have experience in:
