Contract Lawyer Commercial Contracts

Job Description

At TLT, we are looking to speak to Contract Lawyers with Commercial Contracts experience. This role is offered on a hybrid or remote working basis and will be an initial 6 months contract. The opportunity will be paid a day rate via an Umbrella company.


Your Role




Working on high value, strategic projects and contractual arrangements. Providing advice on legal responsibilities, obligations and rights. Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Drafting, reviewing and negotiating contracts. To support identifying and mitigating any potential legal risks. Working with various teams, such as sales, procurement, and finance, to ensure alignment on contractual matters.

Your Skills and Experience




A Qualified Solicitor (SRA or Law Society Registered), with a minimum of 4-years PQE and a practice area of Commercial/Commercial Contracts. Experience of advising on commercial transactions for clients in financial services. A motivated self-starter with ambitions to support more complex, strategic client work (with Partner oversight and support as required). Strong technical ability, particularly with negotiating, drafting and advising on contractual arrangements. Client-focussed approach with the ability to nurture long standing relationships.
