Proven track record in selling contract logistics/warehousing solutions in the UK, ideally with experience in the Midlands market.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, supply chain engineering, and value-added logistics services.
Experienced in solution-based, consultative sales with deal values typically 1m+ and long sales cycles (6-18 months).
Established network of contacts within the Midlands across relevant sectors, particularly automotive.
Commercially astute, with the ability to build compelling business cases for outsourcing.
Confident communicator with gravitas to engage at senior level.
Resilient, driven, and results-oriented with a hunter mentality.
Collaborative and team-oriented, ensuring smooth transition from sales to operations.
Proficiency in utilizing CRM systems for opportunity assessment and sales pipeline management
Willingness to travel.
Education and Experience
4 years of sales experience in Logistics/Contract Logistics
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
