What You'll Be Doing:
You'll work alongside a proactive team of experienced contract managers supporting the contract monitoring of various Health and Adult Services contracts. Whilst the role will be working mainly on the community equipment portfolio, you'll be part of a fast-paced, forward-thinking environment, where flexibility and collaboration are key. As we reshape the way we deliver and monitor services, you'll be right at the heart of it.
Your Day-to-Day Might Include:
Working closely with colleagues from a range of health organisations
Being a key point of contact for service providers
Keeping database accurate and up to date
Identifying trends and patterns in data that support smarter decision-making and improved services
Assisting with contract reviews, reporting, and monitoring activity Supporting the wider team across multiple service portfolios as needed.
