to join our Service and Maintenance Department based at our Head Office in Cardiff. This is a permanent, full-time position, offering a great opportunity to play a key role in supporting and developing one of our key contracts.
Summary of Duties:
End-to-end management of a key client account, ensuring exceptional service delivery
Ensuring all contractual obligations are met, including performance against agreed KPIs
Attending monthly client meetings to review and report on contract performance
Coordinating reactive call-outs and scheduling planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
Estimating and managing small works, variations, and additional repairs
Monitoring and controlling project costs to ensure budget compliance
Reviewing and approving supplier invoices for accuracy and timely payment
Liaising closely with the service team to arrange parts for reactive works and maintain annual contracts
Essential Skills Required for the Role
Proven experience
in liaising with clients, main contractors, project management teams, and subcontractors
Strong proficiency
in Microsoft Office applications, including MS Project, with solid overall computer literacy
Highly organised
, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
Excellent communication skills
, both written and verbal, with a professional and collaborative approach
Knowledge
of Fire Detection and Security Systems (e.g., CCTV, Access Control, Intruder Alarms)beneficial
