We are now seeking a
Contracts Manager
to take ownership of projects from concept through to installation, ensuring smooth delivery, excellent customer service, and continued growth for the business.
What you'll do:
This is a varied and rewarding role combining office-based responsibilities with on-site visits. Your core duties will include:
Managing and nurturing existing client accounts.
Overseeing signage and graphics projects from initial enquiry, through survey, manufacture, and final installation.
Coordinating with our in-house design, production, and installation teams to ensure deadlines and budgets are met.
Carrying out site surveys and attending client meetings.
Using our company CRM system to track and manage projects.
Advising clients on signage solutions, working within brand specifications and signage guidelines.
Supervising and ensuring quality installations across projects of all sizes.
About you:
We're looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented individual who thrives on delivering results and building strong client relationships. To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
Proven experience managing signage or branding projects across multiple sites.
Strong technical knowledge of signage design, construction, and installation.
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal - and a professional, confident manner.
A self-motivated, proactive approach with a "can-do" attitude.
The ability to multitask, problem-solve, and remain calm under pressure.
A commercial mindset with a drive to maximise sales and profit.
Flexibility to travel (occasional overnight stays may be required).

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years' experience in contract management (required)
Background in signage (preferred/required)
Full UK driving licence (required)
