Contract Manager



Contract Manager or Account Manager or Site Manager.

Great opportunity for a Technical Contract Manager to take charge of overseeing one our clients, in London.

In this role, your main focus will be on optimising operational efficiency and managing maintenance tasks for the contract (Both PPM & reactive). This will involve supervising suppliers, direct reports and contractors, closely monitoring service delivery, and ensuring strict adherence to health, safety, environmental, and quality (SHEQ) regulations.

Responsibilities:



Manage the client relationship, various suppliers and contractors, ensuring service delivery is in line with contractual obligations. Monitor and report on service delivery, ensuring that all KPIs are met. Manage budgets and ensure that all maintenance costs are within agreed limits. Conduct regular audits of the mobile contract's building's to identify maintenance needs, ensuring they are addressed quickly. Manage a team of maintenance staff & contractors. Liaise with building managers, clients, colleagues, to ensure the maintenance works are coordinated on your contracts. Ensure minimal disruption to tenants and visitors.

Qualifications and Experience:



Technical background in either Mechanical or Electrical engineering. X4-5 years Hard Services FM management experience. Knowledge of and some experience in splits, chillers, VRV, VRF, FCUs, Plumbing, Sanitary ware, and Drainage Systems, LPHW, Pressurisation & Ventilation Systems, ACOPS L8 and Cooling Tower Systems (essential).*
Proven experience as a Contract/Account Manager. Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills. Client interaction/customer facing experience.
