Customer Contract Manager

to join us and manage our new contract with Joseph Joseph on a

day shift, 8:00am - 4:30pm

to be based out of our Rugby site.

We're looking to offer a

salary of up to 38,000 per annum

What you'll do on a typical day:



Support and manage the relationship with key customer account and site operations team. Reporting KPI's to the customer & site stakeholders. Present the data over to the customers in weekly, monthly & quarterly reviews - warehouse, transport, inventory. You will need to continually control cost to ensure the site operationally meets or exceeds budget targets and look to continuously improve wherever necessary. Actively motivate, manage and maintain relationships with regional sites supporting the customer operation. Proactively promote a health & safety culture, leading by example to help drive initiatives that will maintain and improve our culture of safety across the site. Help the operation to achieve contractual KPI's and drive continuous improvement. Be the first point of contact for customer & operational escalations.

What you need to succeed at XPO:



Essential:

Strong stakeholder management and effective communication.

Essential:

Previous experience of working within a 3PL transport operation managing a large customer.

Essential:

Experience with managing KPI's and ensuring the operation adhere to these.

Essential:

Keen to drive continuous improvement throughout the operation.

Essential:

Experience in being the first point of contact - managing customer and operational escalations.

Essential:

The ability and confidence to present KPI performance to customers in weekly, monthly & quarterly reviews
