Join Refresco on a fixed-term contract, covering maternity, as a

Contract Manufacturing Executive

and play a key role in supporting our Account Controller with some of our high-profile, premium accounts.



In this role, you'll work cross-functionally with teams across the business, helping to drive volume, profitability, and customer satisfaction. It's an excellent opportunity to build your commercial career in a fast-paced FMCG environment with a business that values collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement.



We're looking for candidates who already have some commercial exposure, or ambitious graduates with a genuine interest in developing a career in FMCG sales and account management.

As you develop in the role, you'll have the chance to take ownership of smaller accounts, paving the way for progression into an Account Manager position.

Monday - Thursday 8:30 am - 5 pm and Friday 8:30 am - 4 pm

Hybrid - work 2 days from home

FTC - 12 months

Key responsibilities of the

Contract Manufacturing Executive



Collaborate with the Account Controller to achieve business unit goals, including maintaining positive customer relationships and implementing business plans. Manage promotional calendars to ensure timely submissions and measure outcomes effectively. Coordinate and communicate all commercial activities that drive changes to Refresco UK products, while monitoring costs and identifying optimisation opportunities. Take responsibility for delivering budgeted price increases and associated EBITDA, managing customer sales ledgers, and reducing aged debt. Lead specific projects, evaluate commercial activities, and analyse sales data to provide actionable insights. Update forecasting teams on product changes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimising obsolescence. Support customer service KPIs, respond to inquiries professionally, monitor competitor activity, and build strong internal relationships. Work with the Refresco brands team to optimise shelf space and continuously develop account management skills.



About you



The ideal candidate could be a graduate keen to start a career in FMCG, or someone with recent experience in a commercial function. What matters most is a positive, can-do attitude, strong drive, and the motivation to succeed. You'll also bring confidence in working with others, the ability to present ideas clearly, solid Excel skills, and a genuine interest in the FMCG sector. Experience with top six retailers would be an advantage, but it's not essential -- we'll support you to develop the expertise you need.
