We are seeking a highly motivated Contract Officer, with excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to maintain a varied workload, to join our Business Services Team. In this role you will oversee our funding contracts that provide the vital services we deliver to people affected by domestic abuse across Norfolk and Suffolk
Essential requirements:
Proven experience of contract management.
Excellent organisational skills, including ability to manage priorities and to work on own initiative.
Good analytical skills, ability to assimilate, interpret, report and present quantitative and qualitative information from a range of sources.
High level of attention to detail, including an excellent memory for the details of multiple projects at the same time.
Excellent IT skills, especially on Excel and Word.
Ability to solve problems and advise on a variety of contractual and procedural issues.
Ability to follow agreed processes and procedures, while also being able to understand when flexibility is needed.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work with managers, funding commissioners and other stakeholders.
Ability to be reliable and flexible with working hours to meet the needs of the organisation.
Reliable, enthusiastic, non-judgmental and understanding.
Driving license and ability to travel.
