About the role
The Contract Performance Officer plays a key role in monitoring and driving the improvement performance of a number of its partners such that the Council maximises the financial and non-financial benefits of these relationships. The role is required to work collaboratively across the range of service areas that make up the Parking Enforcement Service; supporting and challenging all partners to ensure the Council achieves effective outcomes in accordance with Contract requirements for the benefit of customers and to ensure continuous innovation and improvement for the Council.

About you
Significant experience in contract management
Significant experience in managing/monitoring teams, contractors and/or consultant
Good knowledge of current parking-related legislation
An understanding of specialist Parking IT packages and experience of using IT software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Project
