Job Summary


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Contract Project Manager to oversee and manage various projects within our organisation. Responsible for the managing and monitoring live developer sites within the contracts team, working to strict site and Omega PLC service level agreements. Good knowledge required of kitchen components, kitchen installation and dealing with kitchen installers. Must possess good problem-solving ability and must be able to work on own initiative whilst under pressure. Must be able to read and understand designs accurately, must be familiar with scaling from plans.

Responsibilities



Process call off information accurately ready for order within service level agreements Working and delivering at pace to meet and Customer and Business requirements Liaise with installers, Customer Services, Production Planning, and Despatch to achieve contract timetable Working closely with off-site Contracts Managers to problem solve and manage sites effectively Liaising with site, developers and installation companies at all levels, including company directors, by telephone, email and in person to ensure projects commence and complete on time and to budget. Complete where necessary quotations or small live site amendments (CAD) Working to Developer deadlines for kitchen delivery Adhere to internal systems and procedures plus control of documentation to monitor projects from enquiry through to completion on site. Ensure purchase order discrepancies match initial purchase orders received Pursue and secure sign off notes and any variations to site call offs

Skills



Understanding of planning/design essential in the kitchen sector Must possess and have the ability read and understand designs accurately Ability to work/transfer from scaled drawings essential. Must be computer literate. Must be able to use Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, etc) or similar. Must possess ability to work accurately on own initiative and to tight deadlines. Ability to understand and interpret instructions essential Must be able to work effectively and play a full part in a small team. Must be able organised and able to plan, monitor and progress workload independently

Desirable



Hands on experience gained in a similar field desirable. Formal training/qualification in design preferable. Understanding of kitchen component parts advantageous Working knowledge of CAD systems advantageous. Working knowledge of SAP desirable.
