About Us

FourthRev is in the midst of an exciting rebranding initiative, and our website is a cornerstone of this transformation. We have an in-house team of graphic designers, UI/UX designers, content creators, SEO specialists, and brand strategists. A lot of initial development plans and time frames have been created, but what we\'re missing is you-a dynamic Project Manager to synthesise these into a high-functioning project plan and lead us to the finish line.

We are seeking an experienced Website Development Project Manager to oversee the redesign and launch of our company\'s six-page website by the end of September 2023. While initial plans and timelines have been developed, your role will be to correlate these into a coherent, high-functioning project plan. You will be responsible for managing the project timelines, ensuring deliverables are met, and facilitating collaboration among diverse team members. You will have full ownership and oversight of this fast-paced, high-stakes project.

Responsibilities

• Synthesise existing development plans and time frames into a coherent, actionable project plan outlining key milestones, deadlines, and responsibilities
• Coordinate efforts among UI/UX designers, graphic designers, content creators, SEO specialists, and brand strategists
• Conduct regular team meetings to assess progress and identify any bottlenecks or challenges
• Ensure that all milestones are met and handovers are smoothly executed
• Act as the main point of communication between stakeholders and the project team
• Provide regular updates to senior management on project status
• Troubleshoot any issues that may jeopardise project completion

Requirements:

• Degree or qualifications, Project Management, or related field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in project management in web development or digital marketing
• Proven ability to manage tight deadlines and high-pressure projects
• Strong experience with project management software like Asana and Google Sheets
• Exceptional communication skills
• Ability to work closely with creatives and technical specialists
