Senior Digital Product Manager - Banking - 700pd via umbrella - 12 months initial contract.
A global bank is looking for a Senior Digital Product Manager to join their Wealth & Premier Banking division. You'll be at the forefront of building intuitive, scalable solutions that redefine how people manage their finances on mobile and web.
?? Leading the end-to-end product lifecycle - from strategy to launch and beyond
?? Driving a digital roadmap that balances customer experience with commercial growth
?? Collaborating with global teams of designers, engineers, and analysts to deliver impactful features
?? Using customer insights, data, and market trends to shape decision-making
?? Championing innovation while ensuring scalability across multiple markets
?? Removing delivery blockers and enabling agile teams to perform at their best
The ideal candidate:
- Strong track record in digital product management, within financial services
- Previously worked across Mobile & Web product management
- Experience working in matrixed, cross-functional teams
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate insights into strategy
- Familiarity with Agile/SAFe frameworks and Design Thinking
- Background in financial services, consumer products, or digital-first industries
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Resilience, adaptability, and a "can-do" approach to problem solving
