Contract Support Advisor



Salary:

24,570 per annum + Package

Working Pattern:

Remote/Homeworking (Some travel required with notice)



If successful you will be providing a range of administrative & support services; delivering outstanding levels of customer services - both over the phone, digitally and across the wider team.


What you'll be doing:




Liaising with anyone contacting the Ingeus corporate phonelines or via electronic communication - for both internal & external stakeholders, monitoring information between DWP, JCP & Ingeus Processing participant referrals & importing onto CRM system Conducting compliance checks against various forms of documentation linked to different contracts

You will Require:





General administrative experience in a high-volume environment Experience of effective & efficient calendar management (Using MS Teams & Outlook) Excellent listening & communication skills
