Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Contract Swim Manager to oversee our swim scheme in the Ryedale Contract. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a solid understanding of the swim scheme, with the ability to educate and guide team members on contractual obligations.

Responsibilities

Managing a swim scheme of around 700 children over the two centres Delivering, developing and growing the swim scheme Line management of the team, including recruitment, training and development as well as rotas and payroll Drive the department to meet all the targets and budgets Making sure the site is clean, safe and welcoming Managing and helping the swim team Responsibly for ensuring an excellent level of teaching is the delivered to our swimmers Developing classes following the ASA national swim plan for teaching swimming

Requirements

Level 2 swim teaching qualification Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate for the organisation's interests effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to educate others clearly. Experience in supervising and leading a team with a passion to inspire and drive others to exceed targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills An ability to respond appropriately and professionally to everyone you interact with

Pay: 17,520.00-24,528.00 per year

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
