Gas contracts works officer

Grade C 35,412 - 41,771

Consultation grade - subject to formal evaluation under the Pay Equity Review

Working 36.5 hours per week

Working in the south area of Birmingham as part of the gas operations team within the Asset management division.


Responsible for ensuring that the Gas regulations 1998 are adhered too within City Housing properties, and delivering a quality service to the residents of Birmingham city council.


You will be working as part of a small team of likewise skilled officers, you will need to have good people skills and have gas qualifications and AC's in core gas safety, CCN1, CENWAT, CKR, DAH1 and HTR1 as a minimum.
